seems to be trying to turn, I think I'd wait til it either breaks through 8 or continues to hold above 7, but I really don't read charts much. When something looks undervalued I buy, if it becomes more undervalued, I accumulate more. It has been knocked down a ton, so maybe it is time for it to trend back up.
