that would be good to directly share with him our groups concern about S/S on the CC, that would be the correct forum to hotplate it for sure. We should all be watching the Florida Filings to reflect final total retirement of shares and our new S/S.. after that filing, I believe the CC should be made/scheduled

At least that's how I would do it imo
