ce = caveat emptor, meaning that current filings were not filed accordingly.... it's a tag basically stating that some rule or info in needed etc etc... in OUR case.. we needed the annual report, the Q1 report and the ATTY letter, WE NOW HAVE ALL 3 filed with PS.

CE is Caveat Emptor from Pink Sheets. HFBG is not trading on the OTC nor is it a reporting company to the SEC. They report when they feel it's necessary and not on a scheduled time frame.

That is changing as of late and they are working to get the CE Removed from the Pink Sheets listing site

This work to get the CE removed will show people that they are working towards being a more transparent company and investors will once again see them as a possible venture to invest in.

What this will do to the PPS is anybody's guess and speculation. Nobody knows for sure but the overall sentiment is that it will rise due to the CE removal in which I agree but am not expecting a major rise.

I would also like to point out that the Transfer Agent does not give out information about any of the companies that use them so nobody knows the true OS in real time only from what is filed.

They are incorporated in Nevada and recently just raised their AS to 2.x billion shares
