You know...that's an interesting point you made there... The possibility that the TaxCredit debacle was orchestrated by big oil... & carried-out by there political flunkies...& all by... merely 'doing nothing'...politicians are real good at that. To my knowledge, the entire bio-fuel industry is 'still' shut-down... & most (like ENTK) are now out of biz...permanently. 'Mission Accomplished' (translation: major clusterf__k) !
You supposition makes more sense than... anything else I've seen....I hadn't considered that...duh ! A more-than-plausible scenario !
