Whatisvalue: I am truly ignorant of how a takeover works, and how it would hurt us as shareholders. Would they be able to force us to sell our shares at a low price? Please explain. I'm sure I am not the only one who doesn't know, and am happy to be the one to ask. I will appreciate our reply.
