From what I understand..they have an open Purchase Order for $6M in Omega 3...there will likely be a combination of filling this order from the "demo" site in Santa Ana as well as sharing the PO with the site in Death Valley.....plus PBR sales and maintenance agreements that will soon follow...for the other sites (american indians, etc.)
