I agree - we are on the same page.

I like the word you use (individuals). MD may be the blackest of the black sheep but he may not be and either way he is not the only one. Some of my contacts tell me that we only know part of the story.

Some lenders and investors only met MD as they toured the property. The real "selling" was done by other players who knew or should have known what the truth was. There is even speculation that MD was mislead in several ways.

I am not defending MD I am only saying this could get even more nasty and I don't think revenge should be the first priority RIGHT NOW. Justice can be served in it's own good time.
