Thanks King. I only caught a sound bite on NPR. That is what I was afraid of,, if the mass project took to long to come on line LLEG would not get grandfathered through. IMO. I guess we will just have to hope we can address this issue with the Berlin project.

I think their dead. It doesn't take this long to negotiate a lease or purchase IMO. If these projects were going to materialize things would have been finalized by now. Right now it looks like Berlin is all that Laidlaw has, though perhaps there is something else in the works that we don't know about, but it doesn't look that way right now. I don't want to be a pessimist here, but I've said it before and I'll say it again, "if Laidlaw doesn't come through on some other project before the Berlin permit decision, and the SEC denies them a permit, Laidlaw is history, and so is the PPS".

Problems with this study are;
1. Done by "greenies" with an agenda.
2. 6 month study is meaningless. Not enough time to even efficiently gather data much less compute projections. Just as in climate-gate scandal, this started with a conclusion and was worked backwards to get "data" to support it.
3. Would essentially kill all state and federal goals of "green energy" currently in place and proposed as no way to achieve those goals with just solar and wind, nuclear you can't count as it would take 10+ years to even build a plant, which no one wants to do or invest in due to poor profitability and high costs.
