I found it peculiar. I also find it interesting that only 1 person commented about it so far. Also interesting is that there are still no trades.

I suspect criminal illegal activity from these MM's.

Good point about these MM's. Now I suspect they may be playing games with this IHSN stock I have money in.

I am watching other stocks, and can clearly see manipulation from my perspective. I feel these MM's may be manipulating the stock price by not filling all of the lower priced orders as they arrive. I suspect they are involved in some unsavory scheme where a kick back or extra bonus of some sort is paid to them to fill lower priced orders as they arrive. I have heard of sales being completed to the 5th decimal point when the average investors like me do not have that 5th decimal point option.

I sent a request to my Representative. The federal government has the power to get true information. It is election year, and these people are trying to get all the votes they can. If in fact these MM's are involved in non-ethical trading, then they will loose their licenses, heavy fines and hopefully spend time in the big house. Justice takes time. These politicians are out for blood to keep/get a seat.
