Yes, we know for sure about the one in storage, even though it doesn't seem to have been mentioned in the agreement. There was mention of the lease/contract with the storage facility as NOT being transferred in the asset sale, so, that would seem to confirm that this spare sat stays with wrspq. The reference in that article about another partial spare is mentioned no where in the settlement docs, so not sure where that comes from or what it means. It could be dated info gleaned from old marketing material back when worldpace was trying to show growth.
