The 1 and 4 or 25% chance of success was hypothetical at best. It was just a number thrown out by the previous poster as was my rhetorical response to it. Absolutely no foundation substantiating the hypothetical scenario............
In my opinion, obviously the risk still remains high that all common shareholders will be left in the dust to sort out what retribution they may. Could be that a more positive outcome is possible! We will know the answer when the court rules. Each investor needs to weigh in on when to hold and when to fold. You see, that is the point.
While today's share prices are very inviting in light of our imagined potential here, the dark, the very dark cloud of bankruptcy hangs over all investors and all common share holders. I suggest that you do not lose your understanding of this fact nor throw caution to the wind.
With that said, I would hope clarified clearly enough, I will look to add a few more shares as I ignore how many thousands of dollars I am in the RED. Call it the "Q" play............. The old in and out.
