IMO the initial two days were probably a mix of phone orders and shareholders. The thing wasn't announced until the afternoon - it could have been operational before that - but I think it launched when Eric PR'ed it, so we did a few more orders but in a shorter time period. The whole advertising block between midnight and three p.m. could have been absent that day.
