Having put myself in Val"s shoes; I would exspect to stumble and not satisfy everyones expectations. Val has a lot of responsibility and would think that just trying to satisfy his own expectations on job performance would not measure up to any of us on this board. The reason for feeling this way is based on two facts. One being that having been a contractor for 30 years; never was I satisfied with my own performance. Two is that everyone else thought that I should of been faster performing my job.
There are just so many things a guy can do in one day and it sounds like our man Val has his hands full. Feeling the presure to answer all the questions directed to him just by this board in my apinion keeps him from doing the actual things necessary for PPS to be increacing.
Your right about the technoligy will bring the world to MDGC's door. If the patient's hold the merrit Val says they do then there is a lot of work ahead for the MDGC team. IMO we need to give Val a break and let him concentrate on doing the things that will lead to good news for all of us.
