miche as long as all the articles are truthful and in public domain, Tony would be a fool to try to sue anyone. He would lose and his "dealings" would be played out in the press. Tony is a public figure and as such you, me, or anyone else has the right to discuss his public dealings in a truthful manner.

That doesn't give anyone you, me, Tony, or anyone else the right to threaten or lie about someone however.

I don't see him filing a lawsuit in Swiss courts. And as long as you don't plan on going to California anytime soon, I see no problems for you if he tries to file in a California court.

What judge in their right mind wouldn't throw out his lawsuit?
