I am new but here is some math to consider:18B is AS-- To buy all shares at average of .0002--all they need to spend is $3600000(200000x18) .imo they are not idiots to buy at .005!!!

How can you verify the deal is real until there is an actual tender issued to the shareholders? What people don't realize is the money doesn't go to the company, it goes to shareholders. Putting 10% in an escrow account for the company proves what? Until the money is offered to the shareholders there is no deal.

What is the 10% good faith deposit for? Who does it go to? Why would it go to the company? The company doesn't own the shares, the shareholders do. So in effect, a deposit (if there is one) would go directly to who? Alan Rothman?
