Regarding Blocks 4 & 11, ERHE already has possession of the blocks for upcoming deals/PSCs/JOAs/operators. But it seems to make sense that the DRSTP auction should close before any operators are attracted and announced.
The action itself is due to close the middle of Sept.
No word about ERHE's process in identifying the two 15% blocks.
