So do you think they filed the sunbiz document with the state as a just in case kind of scenario? But even then, why would they even have had 6/21 as the date set when they would have had to go through all the other finra related paperwork? It all seems kinda contradictory, cloak and dagger stuff, without it being pr'd, and then having a meeting scheduled to delete the filing. Thanks for your reply, btw.
