It is Rich Miller and he won't be back in the office until Monday. Nobody else could help. I believe they are located in Boca Raton, Fl.

If anybody lives in the area it would be great to have a face to face.

I have the strangest feeling that once everyone (guys who have beleived for years)has sold their shares, this stock rockets. I also know that the day I sell, the stock takes off and never looks back! I hold here since there is very little value in the sale. If the stock price rises to 20 cents as Rilo predicts, then I'll rethink my position and either add or sell.

As I said, I personally see no reason to sell at this level. If the stock was much higher, then maybe

You get the name of the "Communication Guy"?

Wonder what they would use to acquire a company or expand, having no funds. No credit. PK's name ruined. Being sued laft and right!

How are they paying a PR firm?

Again, no one ever at work there.

Rich Miller not Rick Miller. He was a broker back in the JW Gant days in Palm Beach. Now he works out of a two man shop in Boca Raton. Ask him about that while you are at it.

He is a nice guy though.

ACQUISITIONS? DKAM MAKING ACQUISITIONS? THAT IS FUNNY!

DKAM needs to acquire a new CEO!

Interesting comments from the "communications Guy". Acquisition... there is no way in the world they can acquire anyone with no money and no credibility what so ever...

May be they are looking for some kind of "reverse merger" kind of acquisition. It might be either some private company want to go public or already public company looking for some synergies. I hope we (shareholders) get some value out of it and as someone said the current SP is ridiculous.

I have been wrong before when I said the price stabilizes after the recent conversion. Of course, if the CEO is printing shares in his backyard, there is no way SP can stabilize.
