The only thing there is to do is to hire a competent attorney to represent us out there. We could offer to pay him with some of our stocks. At least that would give him some incentive.

Richard, that was a great post! Thanks. I have been looking for those answers.
It looks like JB and the BOD will have to be guilty of clear abuse or the road to it. Mere delaying is not enough. But if JB does try to undervalue the ore holdings, I think we will have clear abuse, and can take steps to remove him.
Further discussion of possible tactics by CPRKSA should probably not be discussed in a public forum.
