NITE is still signaling .17-.17 so will continue accumulating below .19 until they hold enough to let share price run into the .002s and higher. Hope they are close to their limit.

There is no way to downplay dilution IF it is happening. It is always a negative factor for shareholders, especially in the short term. It can be devastating for traders who look at news like the PPA and think it can be positive factor for price appreciation and then Laidlaw decides to unload another 100 million shares. Hopefully MBB is not doing this and the stalling of the PPS is just normal market pressure.
