exactly this would have to be years of planning if this was a scam. Think about the SEC filings, finding a location, names, deal ect. To much info and legit filings to just be a scam IMO If the SEC thought this was a scam it would already have ceased trading on it IMO. Dont think the movement of last week didnt catch some ones eye. Since they havent halted trading thats another good sign IMO.
