"In order to encourage Mobile Marketing Forum conference
attendees to learn about and enjoy the benefits of the 2D Barcodes, NeuStar, Inc. (“Neustar”) will be holding a contest. Participants will only be able to enter by using a 2D Barcode reader on their mobile devices (or devices provided at the Neustar booth) and following the procedure described below: Flyers will be distributed to registered attendees of the Mobile Marketing Forum in New York, NY June 8-9, 2010.

There will be instructions and a 2D barcode printed on this flyer. Any person wishing to participate will be able to download the free bar code reader application from www.getreader.com using their mobile phone browser. Using the bar code reader application
, participants will be able to scan the 2D barcode on the flyer.
