EFLN hasn't filed ANYTHING with the SEC...for years. Why do you think they are in non-compliance in their Pink listing? They're just a hair above become a Caveat Emptor stock over there.

The ONLY thing they've been doing is keeping the company current with the FL Secretary of State, Division of Corporations. They HAVE to do that if they want to continue operating as a business in FL.
