ProElite is currently working through the acquisition agreement with Stratus Media Group and as part of the process it has certain reporting, filing and audit requirements by the SEC. ProElite is working towards running live MMA events again in near future and will provide updates via its website when the time is appropriate.

Hello Cristine, It has been several months since investors have received any updates regarding Pro Elite return to mixed martial arts. This is troubling to many investors and a negative sign regardling the company. Can investors expect news updating Pro E progress or lack of progress anytime soon?
