True, but as I said on the Yahoo board for XYNH- screen name "Damionlicious" (yeah I know it is a goofy name) that financials would be responsible I do not think that filing them would actually help anyone or anything if they are revealing $10 in the bank again. That is all I would be concerned about and the lack of filing could very well be an act of self preservation. I could be wrong and you very well right, but I speculate and try to search for other reasons than simply negligence and callous disregard for the investor, but then again I am a fervent optimist.

FYI: I can not post on Yahoo anymore. I either have been blocked or they are experiencing technical difficulties... Anyone else experiencing something similar? I would suspect so as no one else has posted anything recently, thus why I turned up here after such a hiatus.
