instrumental imo in Canada much like these folks (Fantus/Udell) will be in USA. it was asking to much to think Patricia or Lorne themselves could beat down the door. i think folks starting to understand a little bit more...and put pieces together....

two key advantages they didn't have in Canada - yet they were still able to land National Accounts in Canada and keep them in a relatively short time-frame.
