I've really grown sort of fond of Frank, after having observed what he's done for the Q in a little over a year but for all his virtures, the element of time may not be on the high end. That being said, I suspect we may hear about one or both of the hosts. But, while big names like Nathan Lane, Rosie, Ellen, etc. have been bantered about, I would get my hopes up for a big name. As long as the person is a quality host, the Q will be the better for it. Look at Crissanne for example. A few, if any of us here, had heard of her before QLive but look at here now. She is really exceptional and at least from the audio, I would put her up there with any of the big name talentwise.
