3,631,700 shares short... somebody's playing with fire, imo. If/When Chemtura successfully emerges from Chapter 11 with equity intact... shorty's gonna have a hell of a time covering that many shorts - imo

It'd be NICE if Rogerson caught short off-guard and filed the POR (with common's retaining equity) much earlier than the 17th!
