I am not going to comment as most of the people on the CTDH forum are intelligent traders. I'm just going to buy all the low hanging fruit and walk away.
(price dropping dilution happens when companies have debt that they can not pay with earrings . Is CTDH one of them? A.K.A. MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION.)
