#2571 RE: Ed Monton #2565

interesting question. no relation really.

Shield is a CPC that will go onto the TSX shortly.

http://www.shieldgold.com

Wildcat has a property that they may be interested in (to end a sentence a preposition with). If the share valuation of the property is sufficient, Wildcat may vend the property to Shield for shares.

The Shield IPO is coming up, at 20 cents through Northern. Wildcat is a private company, whose shareholders may benefit if Shield is a roaring success. The property is a good one, with, according to the 43-101F, a good whack of gold at good grades. (0.47 Ozs/T gold average) With workings and a nearby mill, it could possibly be fast tracked to a mine of fair capacity. Historically 15,000 tons of 0.40 were mined from the property and milled off-site

The futures of Shield and the Cat may hinge on the expandibility and fortunes of a putative underground gold mine.

It could definitely be worse.

Wildcat has properties of its own. It has a chance of JV-ing and becoming a moly producer in its own right.
