Derek, you mentioned the key word, "de-risking."
Big Money often moves around in synch, out of fear, and for the last several months the perception has been that anything "risky" is not worth investing in for the time being.
B/c CCME is both a smallcap AND an emerging market stock, it's considered, rightly or wrongly, "risky" (all of us think "wrongly," given CCME's unbelievably solid fundamentals).
At a certain point it will become UNDENIABLE to Big Money that CCME is not risky but one of the safest investments available in terms of small risk / huge reward.
That is when we will see CCME zoooooooooommmmmmmmm!
It will become one of the "Wall Street darlings" and be allowed a P/E of 20, 25 or more and we'll have our $40-$50 stock. Which you can buy today for $12.
We can always recall the Buffett aphorism: "The stockmarket is a means of transferring money from the impatient to the patient."
