I'm new to this board and this system, but I'm reading many of the posts going back a few months (a few at a time, of course :-)) to become familiar. I'm impressed by the integrity, intelligence, and character of many of the posters. I don't see 10% of these characteristics on some of the other boards I go to. And I find nearly 0% of the cheerfulness and family-like atmosphere that are present on this board. Instead I find fear and a sense of "gloom and doom." I once commented to another person that I find most IHUB boards to be a cross of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" and "The Exorcist." I don't find that mix here, either. I have also person marked Monk, so I can read just his posts when I want to.
I haven't spent a lot of money on books, systems, and the like for two reasons: First, much is available for free on the internet; it's just a matter of finding it. Second, and more importantly, there are many scammers in the penny world.
When I came here, I noticed that what is discussed here is the exception to both points above. The system that Monk teaches is not available anywhere else and, second, "scam" is a word that has no place here.
I purchased PNTV the other day right after it was announced from the airport. Someone brought it to my attention. I am currently down but I'm not concerned. I looked at the performances of the previous three FLD stocks and that was enough for me. PNTV will come around and when it does, I believe it will be worth the wait.
I hope to attend a Monkinar sometime. I currently don't have a laptop, just two PCs. But last night, I mentioned to my wife that I might want to buy another computer. Based on her reaction, I think I have some work to do, but I'll do it. :-) (Let me say, in her defense, she is from another country and has no clue about trading stocks.)
Just a few thoughts from someone who has been here for only a fews days.
