"neustar (a far more credible company) has potential losses" Over a trial period execution...give me a break. This is something that would be put into any business plan as a normal expenditure/cost of operations. To assume this is going to hurt Neustar in some significant manner is just ludicrous.
"Something is in the works for the positive, likely by neustar since they have more opportunity to loss..." These comments are totally false and unfounded. As this is not even close to what Neustars' business model is built around.
Once again another conspiracy theory about a company that is going to help out NEOM for whatevery reason.
