TADF took on Debt to pay for Tac-Air and issued approximately 46% of outstanding post-acquisition shares upon Closing of the Transaction, to Tac-Air shareholders.... the Debt is 1.75 Mil.... after the acquisition the MKT Cap of TADF is $1,119,482 as of Jun 9, 2010; since the debt is larger than the MKT Cap .. this is likely the reason for the PPS going lower after the announced Closing of the Transaction.
The chart shows the PPS was over bought, and to far above the 200 day...most BB and pink sheet stocks can not sustain a PPS over the 200 day for any length of time.... the fact that the PPS made a higher high on the run shows there is a possibility of TADF showing some improvement over the chart lows, before the acquisition, over time ...... Support on the chart is @.005 - .003 .. the PPS is in a consolidation period.
