After reading a little on their website it is my understanding that they don't physically deliver it. They mainly deal with streamlining the process for the order online and track the delivery. I called yesterday and they do have someone answering the phone. I don't really care what they do as long as there is an opportunity to make money.
It is my understanding that DTSL offers a delivery management system which is acting like an intermediary between the customers and a 3rd party delivery service. Their customers simply place an online delivery order and DTSL is able to manage and track down that delivery by a 3rd party thus simplifying a process and cutting down costs etc.
