What criteria do you believe the SEC will use to make their determination on the matter of wood supply? I would imagine the state of NH will commission another study and then send the bill to Laidlaw, or then again maybe there is enough wood and all the talk about there not being enough wood is just an attempt by those opposed to the project to drag out the process by planting a seed of doubt in the minds of the SEC committee members.
