Al, its a development company.. Mayan has mucho money and is looking for the right team to carry his vision forward. I think it is annoying too that board members are 'resigning' left right and center..he needs to get the right guys on board and stick with them.. He's possibly too passionate about his vision!!! Maybe these resignations were needed to improve the board with younger dynamic visionaries with more relevant qualifications in the alternative fuels sector..thats what i'm thinking is going on.
