It's just a News Article which is similar to a rumor. So we can only take it with a "grain of salt" until an official PR is released. I highly doubt the CEO of the company would let the Spokes person talk about any details of any Retail Contracts unless it was approved by himself. So far the News Article has not been taken down. One way or the other we will get a PR that will justify what was said by the Spokes Person or nullified. Also the last PR did say a Retail Deal could possibly be done by Sept.

Thats a JOKE, I don't really think there will be a better time to buy and if he sold I doubt he will lose much getting back in.

Also they will release the PR when they feel the time is right or when they know the Retail Contracts are a done deal.
