Moves down on NEWS! More Dilution into
a PR. Some would like to know how well this would move on a PR, well here ya go. 14 billion a/s and 4.6 O/S is going to take HUGE volume to get this going. Reverse split will get it moving as well. I agree they got funding? Yea from all the share holders:)
