Sorry vinchenz, this isn't meant for you, yours was the last post so I just hit reply.

So, on 7/31 we had 100M shares available (AS) right. The float was something like 83 or 93 million. On 8/13 the AS was 400M. This was to cover the grants they issued right, then the AS was reduced to 288. My understanding is all those shares are restricted for 1 year. How can we have a float of 110M given this??? I thought the float could not rise above 100M until some of those shares started being converted.
