As of right now, as far as I can determine it's just speculation.. We don't have any idea what the results of the BOD meeting are and we won't know until they release the PR. Until then, we are all just guessing.

Do you honostely think those major corporations would deal with subpenny pinksheet companies. I certainly don't think so. I don't even think they are aware the company even exists. GOTV has not been at any of the tech expos yet, other than a video that Chris brought in of an unfinished product.

My thoughts are that ATNP is merely positioning GoTVco for a future buyout as It's difficult to sell off a portion of your company unless it is it's own entity. The Spin off sets GoTVco as it's own entity and makes it much easier to entertain future buyout offers.

Remember, ATNP is a venture capital company. They are in the business of growing ideas into viable companies and spinning them off. -That's what ANTP does, they lend money and/or invest in viable ideas.

I speculate that GoTVco has now been seeded, it is now an actual (real) company and Now ATNP's major job is done.

As a venture capital company, ATNP now realizes that the best thing for GoTVco is to move it forward into a separate performing entity complete with a specific and dedicated staff independent of ATNP.

This will allow ATNP to get back to their job at hand, providing more venture capital for bright ideas, seed then and let them sprout wings of their own.
