You were posting about royalties and there are no royalties - except those collected by Neustar for other resolution services.

If NeoMedia goes down, Neustar simply continues to collect fees from YA or whomever YA sells such assets (perhaps Neustar themselves). Why $10M to fund the milk when you can buy the whole cow at BK for $2M (and $2M would be a generous amount)?

If I were Neom's BOD, I'd hire all you problem solving guys in a heart-beat. But for now, nobody seems to have a clue as to what is really going to happen. Speculating seems to be a favorite pass-time here.
