The similiarity is limited to both having filed for bankruptcy protection under chapter 11. Sleep pointed out K-Mart as a potential outcome for bankruptcy proceedings being shareholder friendly. I clarified that it was a successful emergence from chapter 11, however, not so much for the old Kmart shareholders.

I can see how that could be really confusing for some.
