Dilution by increasing the outstanding shares. If you held 50,000 with PGPDQ, you still had 50,000 when they exited at the current sell price.

Don't confuse dilution, it can be done 2 different ways. They can keep the outstanding shares the same and issue only half (50%) of your original shares to you.....or they can increase the outstanding shares and you keep the same number you have now.

64%, pre emergence shareholders own 36% of the company. I do not think they had nearly as much NOLs though.
