Would our current stocks be transfered over when exiting BK. How does that work, presuming that is part of the plan? Could you shed some light on this for me?

If the equity is going to survive which looks as probable as the sun setting in the west then dilution will have to be 50% or less because no one wants to loose the ability to carry forward net operating losses IMO. Rogerson will fight that to the very end. I believe we will see much lower dillution but would figure worst case is 50%. IMO
