Eurotech owes nada to no one and still owns the technology rights which Global used for one single purpose--to allow Hicks to collect old debt and bilk the public of more cash.
The shell exists, is trading and is controlled by Belmont partners. They are looking for a company interested in merging into a public company, the EUOT shell.

i wish you good luck on this one. since i lost my GBMR investment i also would like to make some $$$ here. time will tell. but i expect nothing more than some pizza company bs going on...but this time, pls play it upside...:-)
