The MMs only care about themselves and the rest of us can go to hell in a handbasket so long as they make their coin. However, if I place a limit order with TD, and the pps goes down prior to execution, I have gotten lower than my bid before. This is not the same as MMs looking out for me. Our day will come. Buying pressure and volume will return with the big moves like TV commercials starting or celeb names for example.
