IMO the SP only becomes relevant after this all pans out. I believe what you are saying is that the SP is low because investors are hesitant to purchase due to the fact that theres a high probability that this is a scam, this could be true but it only becomes relevant after it is confirmed to be one. Unless you are buying or selling at these prices the SP really has no bearing on your investment as there is a potential buyout of the company.
IMO, what the SP sits at right now has absolutely no relevance to our current situation.
