If you're implying he could be buying them with his personal account, it wouldn't reduce the O/S, it has to be a company buyback for that to happen.

Has anyone considered that Mr. Bradley may buy more than the previously stated minimum 20%?????

I'd be willing to speculate that the O/S might actually get bought back so much that the A/S gets reduced back to 750mm as well.

Numerous possibilities here. Gotta remember...Bradley isn't the ONLY head honcho here involved will all of this.
