agreed...that's why this doesn't make sense. I like the possibility of the remaining satellite in storage and NOLs as accruing to Liberty, which would be a good outcome for shareholders. That's the only scenario I can conjure up that would make sense for Liberty. What makes no sense is Liberty spending money for absolutely nothing. The statement in the motion and agreement mentioning Ch 11 liquidation is the sticking part for me. We'll know soon.
